#ULOG 012 : 'LOOKING WITHIN MYSELF', THANKS TO@ SURPASSINGGOOGLE FOR CREATING ULOG

When we don't create time to think things through, we may not be effective and efficient as we should be. Eventually, we keep committing ourselves to so many things and people we actually shouldn't. How about spending a part of the night thinking and deciding? Why not pause and reflect on why you should say yes/no to that job or relationship? How about looking within yourself to reaffirm positivity and core values on your inside?

MY POINT is, try not to be too busy for your own self. Within the crazy work schedule and all, it is vital that you still carve a little time to think and reflect on your goals, your strategies and take a glimpse of the future.
When we do this, we become more intimate with our individual selves and live from the inside--the core of our being. We become more productive, and conscious about every decision we make each and everyday.
