Hello, steemians! Today, I was inspired to make another poem about loving yourself and knowing your own worth. So here is my poem for building self-worth.

GIVE YOURSELF WORTH
Loving yourself before someone does
Is commonly I heard and it's a must
No one can love you intact
When to yourself you lose track

You may wonder about your worth
But don't depend on others to set forth
You are worthy, that you should always know
Respect yourself and continue to grow

Others may like you, others may hate
But trust yourself, you're worth the wait
People may come, people may go away
But those who see the worth in you will stay

Sometimes you feel down when the sky is grey
Just hold on to God, be calm, and pray
Being happy, sad, lonely and all
Is just like having, summer, winter, and fall

Everything that happened is nice to feel
Experiencing emotions that makes you real
Don't lose hope, have faith
Always remember, you are worth the wait.
