#Ulog day 2: Late night Jog

Sometimes, it is not about health or fitness. Sometimes, it is just a therapy.

Today, I went jogging after work. Working without rest days is a bit tiring but my body needs to keep pushing even after work. My shift ends at 10 o'clock in the evening. I know it's late to go jogging but the sports center is open 24/7. What I also like about jogging here at night is it is not crowded and not hot.

Benefits of jogging include helps boost the immune system, makes a stronger heart and improves sleep.

I want to have a healthy mind and away from heart diseases so I will definitely come back tomorrow or the next day.
