ULOG: #2 for Week 15 Finally Feeling At Peace

Today we buried a cousin, a mom, an aunt, a friend, a sister and a good person. There were a lot of priest but there would have been more if there was not another mass for another priest's mom who was alos being buried today.

Entering the Miagao Church grounds. The convoy was led by 12-14 motorcycle riders known as the Phil Bikers. They do not ask for payment but we gave them snacks

After the mass we had a convoy going to Miagao Church for a final viewing of friends, relatives, and classmates who could not go to the city. We were blessed with good weather today. Also there was not much traffic going to Miagao. So we were able to get there early almost 4pm. My cousin had a simple blessing and last viewing and picture taking. I stayed at the back because I was in charge of giving out the packed snacks.

Here I am with my cousin's son's mother-in-law who also happens to be a caterer. She was in charge of the food (meals) during the wake and snacks. But so many people gave food.

I feel at peace now. I will still miss her and the tears will occasionally fall when I think of her and most especially during family gatherings. But at least we have another angel in Heaven praying for us.
