ULOG: #6 Week 20 - Feeling Good - Finished Some Work

Today was an ordinary day. But I started my cooking for the party on Sunday. I did the food that does not spoil. ALso Jay did some of his. We also separated the vegetables we will be using and the other ingredients. So we will know what we will need for Sunday.

Tomorrow is the day before the affair so I will be chopping and slicing my veggies for my chop suey and prepare the other food.

This is my Bake Mac. All ready and placed in the ref. It won't spoil coz the ingredients are cooked. Sunday early morning will just bake them.

My buko fruit salad. The coconut is fresh but cooked in a small amount of sugar. For sure it won't spoil either. I have placed them in assorted containers and in the freezer. Yes I put marshmallows which makes it creamier and tasty. There are also cheese bits. I have also done the leche flan. Tomorrow will be the other food so that on Sunday it will go smooth and fast.
