#ulog12 My No Bake Brownies

Hello guys! I am now going to share to you my first desserts that i made. This recipe that i saw on youtube is incredible. Since i don't have an oven yet, it is more applicable to me.

No Bake Brownies

Here's the Ingredients:

1 ½ cup of All purpose flour (sifted)
⅓ cup of cocoa powder (sifted)
½ cup of sugar
2 cups of evaporated milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
½ tsp. of instant coffee

Frosting

3-4 pcs. of cacao
⅓ cup of margarine or butter
¼ cup of evaporated milk

Here's the procedure:

1.Prepare the following; flour and cocoa powder and sift. Set aside.

2.Mix sugar together with the flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.

3.On a saucepan with low heat, melt the butter/margarine, evaporated milk, instant coffee and vanilla. (note: set aside atleast 1 cup of the remaining evap milk and use it when you are going to combine the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients.)

4.After melted all the wet ingredients mix the dry mixture. Then add the remaining 1 cup of evap milk little by little. Cook it for atleast 8-10 minutes until it can hold a shape.(as you go through this process this mixture will be to heavy to mix so be patient and carefully mix it well.)

5.On a flat vessel with a wax paper, ( i don't use mine here haha)
Put the mixture and spread evenly on the vessel and flatten using a spoon or any tool that helps to flatten it easily.

6.Pour the frosting on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts or any toppings that you like. (chocolate chips, mashmallows and sprinkles)

7.Put on a chiller for 30 minutes to 1 hour or longer for a chewy texture. On fridge best it overnight for a more solid texture.

8.Cut into desire shape. I made a 12 pcs.of brownies here in this recipe.

Here's the finish product! Yummy and chewy😋 Perfect for my black coffee☕

Note: You can use 3 packs of goya dark chocolate instead of cacao blocks that i used here. Cacao is more bitter than ordinary dark chocolate that's why i have to put sugar again. But when you use a chocolate blocks no need to put additional sugar.
