ULOG # 7: Be Grateful for Being Healthy

If you go to the hospital or therapy center, you will see many people are suffering from health issues. Patients have to go through operation and painful experience to get better.

Your complain will be vanished if you feel the suffering of patients. It is a blessing if you have a healthy body. If you are healthy and fit, don't ever take it for granted.

I went to the hospital a couple of days ago. I saw how people are grinding with pain. I saw them suffering even after operation. Nurses come and give them injection and medicine. Doctors check out the health on a regular basis. Later they get better. I wish no one would suffer from health issues.

To have a healthy body and mind, pay attention to what you eat and do exercise.

Get up early in the morning, have a glass of water. Go out for a walk or run. If you love yoga, you can go and join yoga glass. Or, you can do yoga at home. You can also go to the gym.

The most important thing is to do something that you love and get your body moving. After workout, you feel great.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, have breakfast. Don't ever skip your breakfast. Now you are ready to start your day. And you will feel the energy through out the day.
