ULOG Day 1: A Staycation to Remember
Everything is fine
Specially when the ones you love is there with you.
My highschool bestfriends decided to have a get together. One of our friends just got home from Korea. Plus, we have a friend that is about to migrate to the other side of the world. Back in the day, we would just call each other up and hang out at each others' house just like that. Our careers and personal life made it a bit of a challenge - no, actually a whole lot of a challenge - but we still try to find a way. But now, she's moving somewhere farther. It would be a lot different this time. We won't be seeing her in person for the next 5 years or so. Thanks to social media, we can still get in touch and update ourselves but the next time we decide to hangout again, we will be at our late 30's or early 40's. Things will be really different.
Anyways, that's the sad reality we are going to face. But last night, we decided to not really look at it in a dramatic, tearjerking way. We just hung out like we used to, had a couple of beers, 2 unfinished cocktail towers, a couple of unfinished movies, some chips, a bunch of kiddos running around and a whole lot of laughter.
I was the one chugging that big bottle of C2. I used to down 6 or 7 bottles of Colt 45; 2 bottles of Red Horse mucho if I'm not in the mood. But motherhood amd adulthood got the best of me, now I'm drowning myself with either Wilkins or Green tea. Or coffee.
We also made it a family day type of despedida. So we all brought our kida amd spouses with us. And needless to say the young ones enjoyed the pool at the Villa we stayed at.
The place was nice and cozy. That was the 2nd time we went there already so I can say we highly recommend the place for family or friends' bonding and relaxation. And when I say relaxation, I mean that big jacuzzi they got there right beside the pool. My little one was so relaxed she let go of her camera and slept right there and then.
My daughter had so much fun playing with her camera. I kept myself busy by taking photos of her and her Tatay.
We had so much fun. We didn't really mind the real reason why we went there in thr first place. We just had fun. Just like the old times. This time, with our family just getting bigger.
As what we always say, this isn't goodbye. Just see you around.

Wow huh! Daming pagkain at daming alak at juice. Ayain mo na pala mga HS friends mo dito sa steemit. Lubayan na kamo nila ang FB at IG haha. At saka ang bata pa ng asawa mo. Iba rin ang beauty mo.
Haha. Nung nakita nila akong naglalaro ng pinoy henyo, na-curious sila. Ni-introduce ko ang steemit sa kanila. May mahihikayat at mahihikayat tayo diyan.
Haha yes. At paki sabi na rin pinoy henyo tuwing linggo 10 pm lels. Ano naman ang sabi nila nang nakita ka nila nag pipinoy henyo?
Nacurious sila kung pano tayo magkakaintindihan. Haha.. Hindi ko na napansin ang iba pa nilang tanong kasi nabigla ako sa mga #mamaw sa pinoyhenyo. Haha. Di bale, ipapaliwanag ko rin naman sa kanila sa susunod naming pagkikita.
Ok lang kahit ako na ang magpaliwanag kapag naka sali na sila sa discord. Siyempre gawa muna sila steemit hehe. Mga regular na kasi sila pero mga 20 times muna mga natalo yan bago mga nanalo lels. Malay mo naman ikaw mga 5 times ka lang matalo tapos sa susunod manalo ka na haha.
