Ulog #2: Beat the Heat 🌤🌞💦

Sunny Wednesday Steemians..

It's still summer and that means a lot of heat and sweat is very present at the moment. Since I can't bear the heat I need water not just to hydrate myself but to take the sweat away.

So my husband decided to fill our inflatable pool with water. This is very practical for we don't need to spend money for entrance fees in resorts or pay much for cottages and food. So we still get to bond and enjoy with less expenses.

On a sunny day it is very important to stay hydrated and be under the shade. I love the sun but we should also protect ourselves from it.

Coz Health is Wealth so we must take care of ourself before other things.

Tips to keep Safe Under The heat of The Sun

• Sunscreen, it is very important to wear sunscreen whenever exposed to the sun. Choose the right amount of SPF.
• Wear sunglasses
• Wear a hat.
• Choose the right type of clothing. Something that covers the skin.
• Bring umbrella, or look for a shade if it gets too hot.

But the best thing if it gets too hot outside better stay at home to avoid heat stroke.. Keep safe steemians.. Remember health before anything else. Keep Steeming..
