Ulog #31: Expected Date of Delivery

I am nearing my delivery date for my second baby, Doctor said most likely i will deliver it via cesarian operation. Baby michael is too big for me (Mummy is small for him at 4 feet 11'), he is weighing 2.7 kilos at 34 weeks of my gestation. He will even grow bigger by the the time he pass 36 weeks.

My Gestational diabetes is affecting our health. I need to restrict my diet. I currently banned myself at eating mangoes, bread, potato and reduce my rice to 1/2 cup. I don't mind sweet stuff as i am not very keen on sweets.

This will be my second cesarian operation, I will be scheduled by 28th of October. Praying everything will be well. I know i will be in tremondous pain again like last time, but seeing Baby michael healthy and contented will be my greatest reward!

I believe you can only have up to 3 cesarian operation, more than that you are at risk to die.

My parents all the way from the Philippines will come to help me, as the healing for CS takes time. CS operated women are also not allowed to lift heavy things (except their baby), for a couple of months as the wound progress in healing.

I planned to Breastfeed again as long as baby michael wants, Robbie, my first child was breastfeed from birth till 20 months old, he stopped when i got pregnant with michael, He didn't want it anymore as the change of taste of the milk changes due to hormones.
