ULOG: #ulog #051 Prolonging the Agony...NO MORE! :-)❤️

It has finally come to an end. Yes, the waiting is over. Our final ISO Audit commenced yesterday and some of the process owners were done with the audit. I really have no idea that I will be included as one of the process owners to be audited. As a matter of fact, I was already asked by the auditor this afternoon. So I thought I was done and that's all the ISO audit is all about. I was asked to retrieve an email communication regarding a request for immediate repatriation of a particular distressed worker. I praise & thank God because I was able to answer and defend my process and so I thought I'm done. I feel like jumping and celebrating that I'm finally done!

As luck would have it, that was just a sample, a practice or sort of a warm up. I will be having my turn tomorrow morning. OMG! I just can't believe that I will still have to face the auditor tomorrow because I'm one of the process owners of the PACD (Public Assistance & Complaints Desk). And according to those who were done in the audit yesterday and today, the auditor asks a lot of tricky questions & if I'm not that careful I might just give an answer that will make him to give us an NC (Non-Conformity) remarks. That's a big NO NO tomorrow!

I'm so scared and nervous at the same time. But I will just have to pray for it. I trust God that He will be the ONE to speak before me. HE will teach me what to say & what not to say. I maybe a newly hired employee but I trust God especially tomorrow, I already committed that day to the LORD. :-)❤️
