Still riding my bike 5 miles everyday. Started a more structured bodyweight and dumbells program. Doing back/biceps, chest triceps, & legs/shoulders split. Abs everyday.
Day 1 (yesterday)
50 curls
50 rows
30 abs
5 mile bike ride
Day 2
50 dumbell press
50 dumbell overhead
30 abs
5 mile bike ride
I also set an appointment for cranio sacral session for Monday. Excited for the experience as ive been having good results from doing to myself and im not exactly sure what im doing. So will be cool to have an experienced practitioner work on me.
That is so cool. Well, we should really be taking our health into consideration.
