In this my third Ulogs I dedicate it to mothers in their day and especially to my beloved and beloved mother (Olga), my wife (Norka) the mother of my children, my mother-in-law (Magalis) and my sister-in-law (Ninoska). To celebrate his day early in the morning, I began to prepare a lunch for the four mothers. The selected dish was roasted black (black loin), with white rice and slices that is a typical food of our country Venezuela.
