ulog Saturday FIFA and Movies a day of lounging
yesterday was saturday and it had to be one of the most unproductive days I have had in months. Not because I did not do anything or that my efforts were a total waste and did not amount to anything productive. On the contrary I just checked out.
The day started out as any other day with my coffee and clearing the cobwebs out of my head while sitting at the computer going through replies. I Needed to change the channel on the TV so I scrolled through the guid on the TV because on weekends I have a no news policy and put a channel on where any news will not happen. When I see the Russia FIFA game. On it goes and I sit and watch it. Great game match !
That was the start and set the pace for the rest of how the day would go. That afternoon we went into town to pick up some needed groceries and supplies. Going into town takes hours. Even for just the few item we needed to do and get.
The rest of the evening consisted of was watching movies eating popcorn, pizza and just spending some quality time. It was nice and one of the things needed just to unwind, shut the problems off and just have a stress free evening.
I finally went to bed around 2:30 this morning. My wife fell asleep on the couch. I left her there sleeping away. I don't wake her up because when she wakes up she is up. No matter how long she sleeps for.
She wakes me up around 4:30 stating a bug was on her. What that means is that I have to go and find the bugger and she is up. lol now some coffee and conversation until 6am when the sun starting coming up. I should have cut the grass in the fenced back yard Saturday but didn't. That's the area that we let the dogs out in. The grass is high and they are small so they don't go out into it.
Out comes Mighty Mo through the gate I put up a couple weeks ago and in 15 minutes its done. What a difference between it and a self propelled walk behind mower. If I didn't get the grass done then it would not get done until Monday and the dogs would have an issue that I just don't want to do a workaround to achieve it.
The Engagement league post just came out and time to reveiw it, plus its been about an hour and I have to get back into #anhouraday posting again. Just a quick brief on my weekend nothing too special just everyday stuff.

My weekend went the way. It seems that any errand in town just shoots the day. While driving by the big thermometer at the bank noticed it said 102 degrees. That can't be right maybe it is broken.
I have been enjoying your hour a day posts. also everyones ulogs
I am going to have to do a few of those myself. May make getting 2 -3 post each week a bit easier.
That holding still for an hour in one go with no interuptions could be a challenge in its self.
It winds up being broken up by me but I just keep an eye on the time.

Ok I am in Ashers engagement and paulags power up leagues. I will go root around some and see if I can find the illusive bit of info I seem to be missing. I can be a bit of an addict about stats. Just love pouring over tables of info
howdy today @wolfhart! hey your weekend sounds pretty darn nice. Pizza, popcorn, movies, sports, mowing the grass, relaxing. I'd say that was close to a perfect weekend!
it was a good weekend except for steem took a little back seat. That's ok cause sometimes a little distance gives you some perspective
