Rice, sliced pork with added spices, vegetables, an egg and a spicy dip...

an easy healthy and very delicious Thai meal, I enjoyed it at a restaurant near the temple Wat Tham Sueaw, Kanchanaburi.
I eat Thai food normally every day, I just love it, especially I like to eat very spicy, same as the Thai people. Some may say one cannot feel the taste of the food anymore if it's so spicy, but that's not true, because you accustom to the spicy food with the time and it feels not very spicy to you, so the delicious taste of the spices and the food is still there.
For to make the food spicy, the Thais use normally chili in different variations. The science found out already that chili is very healthy.

This nice restaurant is located near the coffee shop, (one of my last posts) with a fantastic view to the green rice fields and the temple in front.
