ULOG#037_My World of Bartending|Photo Documentation Inside|
We.......are the future bartender! I admit that bartending is not easy. We have to start from the basic mixing. I am with my groupmates in the photo. We are 6 members from the first group who presented. I am wearing Pink shirt in the photo.
This is the first drink that I mixed today. We called this "Tequila Sunrise". With the perfect and simple combination of:
1 jigger tequila
1/4 jigger grenadine syrup
Orange juice to fill
Procedure:
I poured into a hi-ball glass with ice. Fill with orange juice. Stirred well. Then poured slowly the grenadine syrup in a center to have a double and attractive color. Garnished with slice orange.
This is the drinks that mixed up with our group.
A simple drink in the photo is "Dry Martini". A Pre-Dinner Drink. This is the second drink I mixed today. With a perfect and simple combination of:
1 jigger Gin
1/3 Bar spoon Dry Vermouth
1pc. Olive
Procedure:
I stirred gently the Gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice then I strained into a pre-chilled martini glass.
We have another sets of group for mixing Pre-Dinner Drinks. We are only 4. So I have for drinks only in the photo.
This is the third drink I mixed today. We called this "Angel's kiss", a difficult one to make. To hard to make a perfect layer. Too bad, I didn't make it perfect.
Ingredients:
1/4 jigger creme de cacao brown
1/4 jigger cream or milk
1/4 jigger Bailey's
1/4 jigger Brandy
Procedure:
Over the back of the spoon, I poured slowly one by one all ingredients in order to form a layer into a port and Sherry glass. I garnished with stemmed Cherry on the rim.
Another sets of mixer and we are 6 on the group like the six drinks in the photo.
I am with the future bartender in the photo. We are already done mixing for today. These friends of mine is Judy Ann, Myra, Japhet and Jolly boy 👦.
Cheers! Let's relax for now. I'm done mixing for today.. I hope I inspired all of you.
