A pleasant day to all Steemians. It's weekends in the Philippines, forget school today and spend the day without the teacher's unending tasks in the classroom. Sometimes you can also have dull moments when there's nothing to do. Like the experience in going to my grandmother's place in the town of Asturias. Prolonged vacation on the place can have those bored hours especially when sunset begins.

This was the setting when it's almost dark, it is like you miss everything in the city. With seldom internet connection, where you need to climb for higher areas. When you want to watch TV but of no choice for only one channel. It is quite scary in hearing the sound of crickets when almost dark, huh what a life in the village.

After dinner, the sorrounding and neigbors are too silent, nothing to hear like those from sound system nor the beep of different vehicles and I just played my downloaded games on the phone.

Only during daytime that we can be busy in the farm picking vegetables, fruits or root crops and help Lola preparing our food and snacks.

I just wonder why Lola won't live with us in the city, and she loves the place so much. But the good thing also when I told the story in the village, my friends envied because they don't have the experience, they don't have relatives in the province.
