UN(dis)TALENTED: Filipino Delicacy(Era-id)
One of the best filipino delicacy is the era-id which is localy famous in visayas region.
It is made up of rootcrops and it tastes sweet.
I remember my grandmom used to make era-id when we were younger. She usually made this during any activities at home especially if there are birthdays.
We should always support our very own and hoping that we can export this product into other countries so they can taste era-id which is different from what other countries used to eat.
I got a chance to take picture of this and remember my lola when we had our snacks earlier ago in the office.

By the way. The type of root crops era-id was made is cassava. You also have to put coconut milk. Done thru boiling 😉
