Friends make up the life we live and the achievements one can make in life. Friends form part of the decisions we take or fail to take. When people look at your friends, they can easily predict who you are and the kind of life you might be living.

The friends we have will determine if we will ever succeed or fail in life. Many are suffering today because of the bad friends they had mingled with while others will wish that their current friends stays with them forever.

Every friendship has something to offer either positively or negatively but it all depends on the friend you are and the kind of friends you allow in your life. The big question is not about your friends but yourself, are you a true friend?. You must first of all be that friend you want to see in others. You can't be a bad friend to others and expect others be wonderful friends to you.

If you want your friends to trust you then you must prove to them you are trustworthy. If you want your friends to be faithful and true then you must also show those attributes to them as well.

Don't be that friend that causes pains and regret but rather be a true friend whose presence alone brings encouragement and hope. Don't be a fair weather friend; you are a friend when things are good for your friend but you abandon them when things become worst for them. Don't abandon your friends because you have gone ahead in life than them because if you do so, your other friends will do same to you.

The type of friend you are will go a long way to determine who your friends are.
