One thing that my grandpa always says whenever he talks to us is that we always need discipline in our lives. He also says that this is the number one problem that we have here in the Philippines the lack of discipline. He said that because of the lack of discpline, you'll be able to see all the unruly behaviours of some Filipinos. An example of this is when you driving in the streets, there are instances that they will never give you way wherein you have to force yourselves to enter a free lane. Another example that one of my patient's mother was saying is that they just throw their trash anywhere instead of putting it at the right place and it made me think how hard is it to look for a proper place to dispose your garbage. This also happens in our beaches wherein they just leave their trash at the beach thinking it won't do any harm. We really need to discpline ourselves so we will be able to become a better country.
