I'm Ionut Ciobanu coming from the Romanian community and I'm trying to make this project go. We already have a new user brought @andreading with a last interesting article here:

Fund Goal:10000SP
Funds Raised: 0SP(have 4 article and 5 days-no payment has yet been made ).
Bringing peoples on 10 different domains to write on their blogs for giving the Steemit community the best information possible.
Step 2 will begin when the account reaches 1000SP, and it consists in manual curation of the articles written in the 10 main areas, which will be close to 30 with the secondary ones.
Once the 10000SP threshold is reached, I will start promoting Steemit both online and offline with a 10% monthly budget of the account at that time. And 5% will go to other projects that support the promotion of Steemit among them being like @curie.
Education-Threshold 4 will start from 20000SP. This is the most important step for the Romanian community and will last for approximately 5 consecutive years. I Hope Steemit will be alive this much time.
