This figure is based on each 100 SP delegated to the bot representing 2 STEEM for 4 weeks. 2 STEEM is the cost to lease 100SP from minnowbooster for 4 weeks.
In an example, if you delegated 1000SP and you posted everyday you would receive 28 upvotes worth around 0.603 STU which is 16.9 STU per 28 days. Posts are paid out in STU "Steem Token Unit" and not dollars. When we convert 16.9 STU, the post rewards for 28 daily upvotes are split 15.8 SP and 15.8 STEEM's worth of SBD's. When added together this is 31.6 STEEM in rewards from 1000SP which would cost 20 STEEM for lease for 4 weeks from minnowbooster. 31.6 STEEM in rewards divided by 20 STEEM cost equals 158%. My figures are based on final author rewards after 25% curation has been deducted.
