USECHAIN: AN INDEPTH EVALUATION OF THE TEAM

Sequel to my previous posts about Usechain’s distinguishing consensus algorithm as well as a review of the technical framework in comparism with other blockchain technology. I was impressed with the usechain project and compelled to carry out a research on the brains that came together to develop the fantastic project. Below is a detailed evaluation of the Usechain team:

DR CAO HUINING HENRY
He is the founder, CEO of Usechain technology. A Professor of Finance, Chairman of the Finance Department and the Academic Director of the Finance MBA at CKGSB, China's leading independent graduate business school. He earned a PhD in Finance in 1995 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a PhD in Pathology in 1991 from Yale University. Before joining CKGSB, he taught at UC Berkeley, UCSD, Ohio State University, Carnegie Mellon and UNC Chapel Hill.
Cao's research has been published in journals including Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Business, Review of Finance and Marketing Science. Cao is the co-editor of International Financial Review and sits on the editorial board of Annals of Economics and Finance and China Financial Review.

PROFESSOR SUN BAOHONG
She is the co-founder of Usechain technology, the Dean’s Distinguished Chair Professor of Marketing and the Associate Dean for CKGSB Americas. She also directs CKGSB’s Customer Information Management Center. Prior to joining CKGSB in 2011, Professor Sun was Carnegie Bosch Professor of Marketing at the Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University. Professor Sun received her PhD from the University of Southern California in 1997 and BA from Renmin university of China.
Her research focuses on rational and strategic consumer choices and dynamic structural models; dynamic and interactive marketing mix and customer information management; and, most recently, on modeling dynamic and inter-dependent consumer decisions on e-commerce and social media platforms.
Professor Sun is the recipient of numerous awards for research and teaching, including the 2008 Finalist for John D.C. Little Best Paper Award at INFORMS, the 2006 MBA George Leland Bach Teaching Award, and the 2005 CART Research Frontier Award for Innovative Research at Carnegie Mellon University.

PROFESSOR SHENGLI ZHANG
Professor Zhang, the chief scientist of the Usechain project is the vice-director of the SZU Blockchain Research Institute. In 2002 and 2005, he was being awarded the bachelor and master’s degree at the established University of Science and Technology (USTC) of China respectively. In 2008, he was presented PhD degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. From 2014–2015, he visited Stanford University, taking the role as a visiting professor.
Professor Zhang is also a senior blockchain specialist. In 2006, he presented his theory paper on ‘’Physical Layer Network Coding” at the International Mobicom Conference, introducing the idea and concept of network coding. Presently, the theory paper has been cited more than 2000 times, making the research study ‘’Physical Layer Network Coding’’ a hot topic. In addition, Professor Zhang is a top-notch technologist, having vast experiences and knowledge in the field of wireless network. He holds 3 national invention patents of blockchain, USTC BS & MS, CHUK Phd.
Professor Zhang is passionate and committed to the development of the mirror identity protocol blockchain. He believes blockchain technology will pave the way for the next technological revolution. He is dedicating his expertise towards making the project a future success in mass adoption and application.

FENG ZHANG
With near 30 years of experience in Qualified Investor Hedge Fund (QIHF) globally, He is the senior financial specialist of Usechain Technology. He was the MD of Asset Management Deptof Citigroup/ Morgan Stanley (2003-2009), GM of Stock Investment Dept of Bosera Funds (2010-2012) and Investment Director of BoCom-Schroders Fund (2013-2015).

ERIK XU
He is presently the Chief operating officer of Usechain technology. He possesses an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He has close to 10 years of experience in Internet and information security industry in General Management and Marketing, Serial entrepreneur, he was the Vice President for Beijing YunJiang Technology Limited, Head of information security project at National Information Security Engineering Center, Executive Director of the National Key Technology R&D program during the 12th Five-year Plan Period, responsible for a number of national information security and key manage center (KMC) projects. MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

ANDY ZHOU
He is the technical director of Beijing United Electronics Co, Serial Entrepreneur in IFLYTEK, Huawei, technical director in Chukong technology, deep understanding of big data, artificial intelligence and distributed system, He possesses a bachelor’s degree from University of science and technology of China (USTC) and MS from Chinese Academy of sciences (CAS). He is presently the chief technology officer of Usechain technology.

LIN ZHAO
He is the chief procurement officer of Usechain. He has about 10 years of experience in internet and new retail industry with wide experience in platform building for horizontal e-commerce E co-friendly product and service specialist.

AMANDA SHEN
She is the Chief Marketing Officer, Usechain technology. She possesses an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. She has Public Relation and marketing experience for 12 years. She was the Marketing Strategy Manager of FedEx China, and Marketing Director of Beijing XinRongJunYue real estate consultants LTD.

GENGNAN SONG
Nearly 10 years of professional experience in Internet, community operations and business. Over 8 years of community operations experience at Tencent, covering products from early stage PC community product Discuz! to Tencent micro-communities on mobile Internet and Tencent Interest Tribes. She is presently the global community developer at Usechain Technology.

LIANG SHANG
Shang has many years of experience in digital currency exchanges and blockchain development. He is the former Senior R&D Engineer at Microbit Cryptocurrency Exchange and the Gibraltar National Blockchain Exchange. He started to participate in blockchain projects since 2015, and he has had deep research of the current mainstream blockchain technology. He is currently the technical architect of Usechain technology

Based on the above evaluation, it is obvious that this fantastic, innovative project was put together by a pool of talented and resourceful professionals with decades of experience across various sectors. With the wealth of experience and expertise of the Usechain team, it is a non-disputable fact that the first ever mirror identity blockchain project is destined to be a success.
