USECHAIN: Evaluation Of The Professional Team.

With the high rate at which blockchain project are coming out, one can hardly tell which of them is genuine or fake, but it all depends on the team and developers behind the project. To me, the emergence of blockchain technology is as fascinating as a new technical challenge, the industry seem new everyday due to new project and platforms using token-economics, all these efforts still boils down to the effort made by the management, advisory and development team.

In my own opinion, the idea of tokenization in form of ICOs can be referred to as the most disruptive thing that has happened to projects for some years now, projects have been able to raise millions of dollars in months. However, with the huge amount of funds raised, some project have still failed, some launched with high hopes but were unable to reach their objectives, some failed because of disagreement between the teams members while others failed because of poor development. Let me introduce you to a team behind a project called USECHAIN, that I honestly have check out and with strong believe, I think the team can deliver whatever promises made by the project.

USECHAIN is completely focused on building the first public blockchain on Mirror Identity Protocol and integrated with multi-level innovations in technology and structural design which can be used to break the bottlenecks in the development process of blockchain technology. The USECHAIN blockchain project is built for mass adoption by individuals and companies as it can be applied in finance, entertainment, social networking, games, Internet of Things, supply chain management and other technologies.

The USECHAIN core team member has qualifications in various sectors, skills, and experience that will fulfill all promises made by the project and also sustin the ecosystem. Below is a list of team members.

Henry CAO - (Founder, CEO)

CEO and founder of USECHAIN Mr. Henry CAO, is a well know Finance Professor at the Graduate School of Business Cheung Kong, He is the Head of the Department of finance and founder of the first Finance MBA program in China. Mr CAO also works as the Managing Director of China Blockchain Application Research Lab and a Member of the Finance Society of America. He has a teaching record at University of California at Berkeley, with a remarkable performance after been admitted to the USTC gifted class at just 13 years of age, had his degrees at Yale University and PHDs at UCLA.

Baohong SUN - (Cofounder, CSO)

Baohong SUN the Co-founder and CSO plays a very remarkable role in the development of USECHAIN. She is a Marketing Professor at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Dean's Distinguished Chair Professor of Market, Associate Dean, Former Chaired Professor at Tepper Business School, Carnegie Mellon University, works with the editorial board as a member of Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing and Journal of Marketing Research.

Shengli ZHANG

Mr ZHANG is the USECHAIN Chief Scientist. His activities as a senior blockchain specialist , wireless network technologist, presenter of Physical Layer Network Coding, Shenzhen University Professor, Vice Director of the SZU Blockchain Research Institute has landed his a space with USECHAIN. ZHANG is very recognized as a visiting Professor at Stanford University, IEEE Senior Member, and Senior member of China electronics society. The scientist has embarked 3 national invention patents of blockchain, USTC, BS & MS, CUHK PhD.

Feng ZHANG - (Senior Financial Advisor)

He is called "Thousand Talents" Expert, due to his long time (near 30 years) experience in QIHF globally, MD of Asset Management Dept of Citigroup/ Morgan Stanley, General Manager of Stock Investment Dept of Bosera Funds, Investment Director of BoCom-Schroders Funds, Tsinghua BS, UC Irvine, PhD.

Erik XU - (Chief Operating Officer(COO))

Erik XU has almost 10 years of experience in Internet and information security industry in General Management and Marketing. He is also a serial entrepreneur, served as Vice President for Beijing YunJiang Technology Limited, Head of information security project at National Information Security Engineering Center, Executive Director of the National Key Technology R&D program during the 12th Five-year Plan Period.

Andy ZHOU (CTO)

USECHAIN's Chief Technologist Officer (CTO) is Andy ZHOU. He is the Technical Director of Beijing United Electronics Co with more than ten years of technical development experience. A Serial entrepreneur, Senior Engineer in iFLYTEK, HUAWEI, Technical Director in ChuKong Technology. Mr ZHOU as deep understanding of big data, artificial intelligence and also distributed system.

Lin ZHAO (CPO)

Lin ZHAO works with USECHAIN as the Chief Public Officer. He has closely 10 year experience in Internet and new retail industry, experienced in platform building for horizontal ecommerce, O2O, Eco-friendly product and service specialist. Chief Product Manager of the leading O2O E-commerce Bee Quick.

Amanda SHEN (CMO)

Works as the Chief Managing Officer(CMO) of USECHAIN. She has twelve years of Public Relation and marketing experience. She is the Marketing Strategy Manager of FedEx China, Managing Director of Beijing XinRongJunYue real estate consultants LTD. Barked her MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Gengnan SONG (Global Community Developer)

With nearly 10 years of professional experience in Internet, community operations and business. More than eight years of community operations experience at Tencent, covering products from early stage PC community product Discuz to Tencent micro-communities on mobile Internet and Tencent Interest Tribes. She is the former Business Director at a well-known platform for evaluating catering services in China.

Liang ZHANG (Technical Architect)

Liang ZHANG works as the Technical Architect of USECHAIN. Experienced digital currency exchanges and blockchain developer. He is the former Senior R&D Engineer at Microbit Cryptocurrency Exchange and the Gibraltar National Blockchain Exchange . He has participated in blockchain projects for over 4 years, with a deep research of the current mainstream blockchain technology.
