Provide an API compatible with npm clients (yarn/npm/pnpm)

Contribution Specifications

This is my second report for the translation of the project Verdaccio.
I'm starting feeling more confident about it and it's getting clearer to me how the whole system of Da Vinci translation and Crowdin works.
This time I chose with attention which files to translate, so I could work on a more descriptive part:
I translated mainly the Verdaccio website texts, that I found easier to approach to the project itself than starting from command strings. I learned something important for my next new work.
Other files in this work were about instructions, use cases and useful information about how to manage Verdaccio.

As I mentioned above, this second part was mainly the translation of Verdaccio website texts, where you can find all the explanations and the introduction to this project. For example:

In addition I translated the installation instructions. For example:

Create a directory for verdaccio

mkdir c:\verdaccio

cd c:\verdaccio

Install verdaccio locally (I ran into npm issues with global installs)

npm install verdaccio

Create your config.yaml file in this location (c:\verdaccio\config.yaml)
