SC2 Won't let me change redirect uri(s) in my app

Expected behaviour
I was expecting the edit app from inside the SC2 dashboard to submit the form and make the changes in the form after I pressed submit.
Actual behavior
When attempting to submit the form after changing/adding to the callback URLs, nothing happens upon clicking the button, meaning I can't currently publish my project at its new URL or even test it before release.
How to reproduce
Go to a page, such as https://v2.steemconnect.com/apps/@cadawg.app/edit or whatever app, try and change the redirect URIs and submit it.
This is after full steemit service was restored.
- Browser/App version: Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) and FF Quantum v60.0 with no plugins x64
- Operating system: Windows 10 Professional x64

Hello @cadawg , the issue has been submited to the github before .The new redirect api does not change just because the save button doesnot work well .
