Hi, it seems that you haven't posted in the utopian-io category before, so I'd like to give you some advice to help you on your way!
First of all, you've submitted it in the development category. Here we expect to actually see some development (made at most in the last ~28 days). I see that for this project only the README has been updated recently, which we don't really consider as development. I'd recommend checking out this guide for the development category specifically.
Of course it's also possible to submit stuff in other categories. For example, the blog category could be suitable for you if you just want to write about, and introduce your project. Your may also want to consider checking out the copywriting or documentation categories. Regardless of your decision, I would recommend reading the guidelines for each of those categories before posting in them. Good luck!
