SUGGESTION: Include power down/cancel power down on Esteem surfer.

Components

The V2 releases of Edteem has taken the blockchain by the storm. That is; the the Esteem mobile for our mobile devices and Esteem surfer for our PC.
A lot of users were anxious for the release of this software after we saw a glimpse of it at steemfest last year.
Well, these apps are now available, and worth all the wait.
The developer is constantly developing the app and is releasing timely updates.
In the last two updates/releases, there were emphasis on the wallet of the app. The wallet section of the app received a handful of tune-ups.
Some of those tune-ups are;

• Delegation
• Power up

Having these features are great. But would do with some extra functions like;

• power down.
• cancel power down.

Proposal Description

I'm suggesting that a power down and cancel power down buttons are included in the wallet section of the app.
It's weird that I can power-up on the app and can't perform the opposite action. Which is; to power down.

What if I get tired of powering down, and I wish to stop it? That's when the cancel power down function becomes important.

Fixing these buttons on the wallet wouldn't be difficult at all.

You will see how and where these buttons can be positioned on the app in the mock-up session.

Mockups / Examples

Here's the current view of the wallet on the app;

When you click on the drop down menu button beside the steem value you have, you will see the option to power up.

When you click on the drop down menu button beside the Steem power value, you will see the option to delegate steem.

Now, the power down/cancel power down can be added to that drop down menu options.

In the case where you are already powering down, it is cancel power down that will show on the list.
Just like this;

When you aren't powering down, the power button will appear in place of "cancel power down"

Benefits

The benefit of these functions is that;

• It will clear dependencies on other dApps on the blockchain who offer these functions.
• The wallet will become a full-fledged steem wallet. Having all the basic and advanced functions a steem wallet should have.
