eSteem Mobile v2 does not render HTML image tag and direct image link correctly in preview tab

Project Information

Expected behavior

I expect the image to show the preview in preview page.

Actual behavior

The preview shows the HTML link and direct link of the image.

How to reproduce

  • Launch app
  • Open the editor's page
  • Write in image in HTML tag and paste direct link e.g.
    EX:

    Hi @horpey, thanks for this contribution.

    I see the PO has acknowledged this report, hopefully there will be a fix soon.

    The above behavior is similar to the report you made concerning the html center tag. Apparently, the application is yet to support html tags.

    You can file all reports that are related to the application's inability to render html markup in a single bug post or notify the PO of related cases in the issue's comment section.

    The steps you provided were easy to follow but you forgot to include a recording of the bug.

    To be considered for potential reward, submissions must include sufficient detail to reproduce the bug, as well as screenshots, video recordings or animated GIFs if they help to describe and identify the reported bug.
