Adding online mode and leaderboard features to Lexica game

Components

Lexica is an "finding word" game. There are 4x4,5x5 and 6x6 game boards in the application and according to the users performance,they get the score.Players are get to find words in 3 to 30 minutes.

Proposal

Lexica is an competitive and brain working application.Users can play the game in a different variations and different scoring types.Since the game has scoring system and different board sizes,adding "online" feature will make the game more popular and fun.Also after game users will see the "leaderboard".

Online Feature

Users will be able to play in a single mode,just like it is right now.With adding "online feature" users will be able to play the game against other humans.How online mode will work?

• Users still will be able to choose 3 different board system and score system.
• Users will have 60 seconds to 5 minutes,because 30 minutes of online playing might seem boring.
• When user clicks the "online mode" there will be a few options for users,you can see in the flowchart.
  

Leaderboard

After the gameplay,users will be able to see their score and according to the score system will choose their spot in the leaderboard.Users will see their position on the leaderboard after the game according to their performance on the game. How will system choose the position of user?

• According to the regular system that runs now
• If two or more users have same score,then system will choose and give higher rank to the faster one.

Benefits

After adding online mode and leaderboard features,users will be able to play against each other and see their rank according to their performance in the game.As a player of the game,this features would make it way more fun.Also with these features,users will see their real performance and how they are actually ranking when they play against other peoples.

Online mode and leaderboard will also drag more users because,when it changes to competition more people would be interested and would always wants to have higher rank.
