Update Steem-Plus documentation from 2.7 up to 2.12 with small improvements
Components
SteemPlus browser plugin and mention and link to the new SteemPlus backend
Difference
- Add documentation about new features developped in the last month with images, summarized explanations and links to detailed informations
- Small typo correction
- Small rewordings
- Small formatting improvements
- Set all links to steemit.com
This improvement was required since documentation was out of date since all the new features developped in the last month weren't mentionned. Up to date documentation helps new users, investors or developers to be aware of all the existing features.

I really think that the documentation can be improved in many ways for developers to start with the code and for user end too.
Documentation can contain a documentation webpage, wiki or something similar to increase the attractiveness of the documentation.
A nice example to a recent good documentation contribution we received in Utopian is this.
I hope this will give you more idea on how code can be documentated and a documentation can be made more attractive.
