App crash and exist its self

Expected behavior
My expectation was that after clicking on Search it should bring me result
Actual behavior
After clicking on search it does not respond, then i click on the search continuously after clicking on the search continuously the app crash instantly and exist its self.
How to reproduce
Download VESPUCCI On fdroid ,open the app , click on the menu at the bottom of the app it will pop out some functions , click on find then input something to search then click on search continuously the app will crash instantly and exist its self .
Application:VESPUCCI
App version;10.2.4.0
Operating system: andriod 6.0 marshmallow , tecno w3

In the Utopian rules, bug reports must be on the latest version of the application.
The latest version of the application is 11.0 here and the bug doesn't exist in it.
