[MinimalCarDashboard][v0.1.8] The app crashed after I clicked on the play button

Expected behavior
The users should be able to click on the play button and play the songs without getting any trouble.
Actual behavior
When I clicked on the play button, then the app crashed.
How to reproduce
Here is every possible detail to reproduce the bug.
- Open the app.
- Click on the "play" button. (Make sure, the status of max is like this "MAX: OFF".)
- Notice the error.
- App version: 0.1.8
- Operating system: Android 6.0.1

I can see the project maintainer has acknowledged and fixed the issue in the application's latest release version.
Thanks for providing us with a crash log. Unfortunately, one can barely make out any useful information as to the reason of the crash. In other words, the trace does not point us to the root cause as expected.
