Project Details
I have worked on translations for the CONSUL project. Consul is a free software for citizen participation and meant as a tool for an open, transparent and democratic government.
To ensure democracy can function as efficient as possible, the participation of its citizens is a necessary requirement. Today’s societies are marked by highly diverse communities. It is therefore extremely valuable to provide a wide variety of languages to help everyone to participate properly.

Contribution Specifications
Translation Overview
I have worked on the admin.yml file of the project. It includes basic commands and responses, mainly focused on the voting system and the voting locations.
The file had previously been translated up to 55% and I have worked to complete it.
Languages
The original texts were written in English and I have translated them into German.
Word Count
I have contributed 1283 words, which completed the file. Fourtyseven of these words have been fixed terms, bringing the total words translated to 1236.

I'm just impressed. I love the concept of allowing people to access information by presenting material in their native languages. I've studied both German and Spanish extensively, mostly because I wanted to understand other cultures more thoroughly. My mastery is not good, but I do appreciate the impulse. Kudos to open source and communication. Hats off to you.
