Project Details

Joomla! is an Open Source Content Management System (CMS), which enables you to build Web sites and powerful online applications.

I took some training online at their website before I started to work on the translation. I found it very user friendly. You don’t need to have code knowledge, simply following their training, step by step, you will be able to build your won powerful web sites. Isn't that amazing?

The project I work on explains clearly each function of the system, how to use their components, extension, items and modules. It guides you how to customize your own site, link image to the site, create banners, etc. The best of all, Joomla is an open source project, it’s free to use. It’s my honor to contribute to this project and help it go global.

The project has 126,237 words with 125,450 words translatable. This is my 3rd submission. I completed 1,577 words including duplication/non translatable words, or 1,110words without duplication and non translatable words.

Total = 668+460+3+170+230+12+14 = 1,577

However, considering duplication/non translatable words, I would say 1,100words to be fair.
