why do I get the feeling that the rest of the video is focused on the fact that these "each line of codes" have no value in utopian?

in my opinion, those mandatory templates that everyone have to follow are one step too far, in open source everybody helps in their own style and size, trying to fit everybody in the same mold and make them a uniform shape and size seems wrong.

I always believed that "rewarding efforts" is completely wrong and utopian should focus on rewarding the result instead. ^_^
