ONLINE PETITION: DON'T ALLOW RESTRICTIONS OF PARENTAL RIGHTS IN VACCINATION
In the State Duma of Russia they hold a round table discussion “Refusal from vaccination is a serious threat to the XXI century”, which can lead to restrictions on the rights of the family and parents in the field of healthcare.
And the most terrible that always these meetings have led to proposals to limit the rights of the family and parents in the field of health care, in particular, the right to refuse medical intervention in relation to the child.
It's connected with WHO list of threats to health in 2019 without any doubt.
Now we have a unique chance to be active and fight for our rights!
There is an online-petition, and if it collects more than 50,000 of signatures, then it's an important argument for authorities to pay attention to the opinion of the society.
Now it's only 36,000. Russian friends, and other Steemians who want to support this question (other countries are available to vote as well), let's take part in this fight!
There were cases when active citizens' position really changes the situation! So we must try!

In hospitals here in my country we have the right to refuse medical tests or treatments but with vaccinations I think it should also be included with the right to refuse it @taliakerch

No mandatory vaccination but they vaccinate small children at schools without the parents knowing about it or parent's consent.

You should really stop promoting this antivaxer stuff Talia. Measles which has a 100% effictive vaccination is deadly in 1% of cases and if you contact it because you are unvaccinated your chances of a catching certain critical diseases later in life sky rocket. https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/measles-parties-are-a-terrible-idea-experts-warn-1.4379487 not vaccinating your child in certain areas such as New York City is legally considered child abuse.
