Flowers in a Vase part 3

While my focus was not exactly chemical focused, an aesthetic approach to flower keeping in the home is something that I have been exploring over time. The wide range of colours definitely bring a taste of character in a room but most of the more exotic choices will need to be placed in a vase of some sort. It certainly looks pretty but is short lived in comparison. Good things should be enjoyed nonetheless and a few things can be done to improve a flower’s lifespan.

Keeping the plant nourished is of course one of the primary ways to maintain the condition of a plant. Adding appropriate agents will help them stay fresh longer. While much of the water inside a vase is hidden, it should be noted that keeping the vase clean is very important. Cleaning both outside and inside the vase will help things stay fresh longer and regular water changes will be needed to make the most of these beautiful plants.
