STUFFED PEPPER AND PEPPER SAUCE WITH SWEET POTATO FRIES AND DESSERT

Hey steemians this is my Saturday feast, getting festive vibe on the go. I made some stuffed peppers, inside the peppers is vegan bacon, chickpea mixture, covered with a pepper sauce and sweet potato fries and some brocoli. For dessert I made healthy apple crumble, I have posted the recipe before, but I done it in halves this time.

First some peppers

Cut off the stems

Then for the stuffing, an onion and garlic

Throw them on a pan with some cooked chickpeas

To make vegan bacon fry up some crumbed tofu

Add some liquid smoke

Then a splash of soy sause

Cook till crispy

Throw chickpeas, onion and garlic into blender

Add some crumbs

The tofu

And blend

Stuff the peppers with stuffing

Throw them in the oven and crack on with the pepper sauce

First some chopped mushrooms

Then some onions and garlic

A pinch of salt a huge dash of pepper and some chopped fresh basil

A sprinkle of yeast extract

A little flour and plant based milk

And mix, to make the sweet potato fries

CHOP UP

Spray oil, sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper

And brocoli on the side

This is what the peppers looked like after baking, awesome, is it not?

Oh and I never forgot about dessert
