RICE TO CHAMPIÑON
INGREDIENTS
2 Cup of water
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Saffron Pisca
Salt to taste
1 cup of rice
1 Carrot, sliced
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Cup of mushrooms, in slices
1 Garlic clove, crushed
PREPARATION
In a saucepan with the water pour the oil, saffron and salt. Bring to the fire once the water is boiling, throw the rice and vegetables. When 10 minutes of cooking are gone, throw the mushrooms. Keep on a low heat until the rice is done. When serving it can be sprinkled with parmesan cheese
