#021 - How I Stopped Eating Meat
I grew up as a big meat-eater. Not only did I eat lots of it, but I was quite proud of this dietary habit, I saw it as part of my identity.
Things changed quite quickly once I started meditating and I became more open and heart-oriented. I saw that eating meat was not at all necessary nutritionally, in fact, I felt more power and energy when I didn't eat it.
I saw that a big part of my meat-eating habit were the beliefs that I was given by the society, such as "the protein myth" or "the B12 myth".
