Healthy oat crunchy recipe

Glueten free, cruelty free no added sugar, Veganuary special. So I am still trying keep healthy and off the drinks 🍻, dry veganuary. I had a bit of a sweat craving and I came with this, loads of glueten free rolled oats with bananas, dates, and nuts. It was really easy everything went into the blender and baked.

Ingredients
300g glueten free rolled oats
2 bananas
100g peacan nuts
100g almond butter
100g dates pitted
100ml boiling water

First I soaked the dates in boiling water and put them in the blender with peacan nuts and blended it up the added the rest of the ingredients and blended it some more.

Then put the mixture in a tray.

And baked it for 40 minutes at a medium heat.

These bars only look great. I wouldn’t mind a batch of those to carry in my purse on our adventures right now. Love that they are gluten free too. :)
