my smoothie favorite
A refreshing and healthy breakfast in honor,
Hardly anyone can deny it.
Take banana, kiwi and some berries
Add soymilk, cinnamon and dates,
Take the blender and mash it in an instant,
As a topping just take crunchy cereal, nuts and goji's on it,
The veggie heart is happy and opens its mouth wide.
A super delicious smoothie for today,
An energy kick that dispels your sorrows and worries.

Ein erfrischendes und gesundes Frühstück in Ehren,
Kann kaum einer verwehren.
Man nehme Banane, Kiwi und ein paar Beeren,
Füge Sojamilch, Zimt und Datteln hinzu,
Nimmt den Mixstab und püriert es im Nu,
Als Topping einfach knuspriges Müsli, Nüsse und Gojis darauf,
Da freut sich das veggie Herz und macht weit den Mund schnell auf.
Ein super leckere Smoothie Morgen,
Ein energie Kick, der vertreibt deinen Kummer und Sorgen.
