Venezuela, getting worse and worse

After a dozen days I can finally be here with you again sharing an article, thanking all my followers for taking the time to read and support my articles. It is amazing how here (in Venezuela) every day events happen that worsen the quality of life of the inhabitants, when we think that we already "hit bottom" and that nothing can be worse something happens that puts us in worse situations than in the past, first were the food that was scarce, getting something as basic as food became an odyssey and in many cases part of a horror movie where something as simple as going to the corner cellar and buying food in a minute became as tedious as standing in line for almost a day to see if what they were selling was enough for you to buy, by the way without being able to choose a specific type of product but to buy what there was and thank God if there was. Faced with this situation one may think that it is the worst thing that can happen to a country but to that was added the shortage of cash, then the few existing products in the market acquired two prices, one for the purchase with electronic money and another for the purchase with cash being the first up to 3 times more expensive than the second.

But when the lack of food and cash was already at its critical point, medicines are scarce, insecurity rules the streets and we thought that nothing could be worse then the electrical system collapses.

Going several days without electricity means that you can't keep the food that needs to be refrigerated, that you can't communicate with current technology, in other words you go back many years in time talking in a technological sense.

The problem because power and oil plants fail is not because of sabotage but because in recent years they have been left in oblivion by not investing in maintenance and improvements, so a system that was conceived for a specific load over the years is added more and more loads without expanding its capacity, what you get is the inevitable collapse. To all these we are on the verge of being totally without electricity since most of the generating machines are damaged.

Then one can think that tomorrow will pass, nothing seems to improve. I thank God who sustains us with his love and mercy and I hope that things will soon change their meaning so that everything can improve.
