That seems expensive to me. Though.. I can see a future where drinking water will be far more expensive than this

I know it doesn't look cheap. But will gouging take place even more when natural disasters occur?
During several recent hurricanes here in Florida we had a terrible time with water and not even being able to buy due to power outages for weeks.
