Guitar Chord Practice: Perfect By Ed Sharan

Recently have been on a mission to train my self on how to play guitar, even though am still a novice or should I say amateur on it. I have to read and watch video to learn and practice. I came across this song sang by Ed Sharan titled Perfect online, checked out the chord used, which was G Em C and D. And actually after a little practice and the strumming pattern.
