Making a Queen Cell? Baby Ducks! Baby Swallows in T-8 days (or so).

Watch the bees make a queen cell LIVE??

On the "Bee Cam" #5 and #6 are new queen cells that they have just started working on. It looks like they have abandoned number 5 but I am still seeing activity on number 6. It isn't as active as I would think it should be so they may have given up on that one too. We should know later today.

It seems that making bees do stuff on camera is difficult?

One of our ducks just showed up with 6 babies.

We had another feathered friend show up with babies again.

I'm not sure how many birds we have in total now but we added an additional 6 today.

The Swallows are sitting on the eggs now. They are off the nest for a few minutes now and then but someone is on the nest all day. So the game is on, babies in process.

According to the Audubon It should bee 13 to 17 days before we have baby Swallows! My guess is 15 days I expect them to hatch sometime around July 15 or 16.
