Poultry Farming Business Dtube Part-9
Dear Steemians,
I am very happy to share the part- 9 of our poultry farming business update on @Dtube. Yesterday I recorded the video to share with you while working on the farm. Our chicks are now 15 days old and they will stay only 13-18 days more. Later they will go to the market for sale. They are about 0.700 kilograms on average.
1 day ago, we changed their food habits from small feed to a bigger one. As they saw the size of feed is bigger than they habituated with, some of them stopped to eat a good amount of food. But on Thursday, we mixed both bigger sized food and small ones. Now they are eating more than before.
When we visited the farm in the evening, we found there is not a drop of water and thus the chicks are feeling very thirsty. So they jumped and came to drink water as soon as I allocating pots with full of water.
Many of our chicks are getting beautiful wings in the backside. It will help them to feel comfortable against any weather.
In the @Dtube video, you will also see how we are keeping their litter dry and comfortable for them. It is one of the most important things we do to keep them healthy and save them from any disease. Their floor is made of paddy husk and wooden powder.
