THE NIGHT SHIFT IS KILLING ME

Back on that vlog game, this time we feast on donuts and fret about the deleterious neurochemical impact of an unhealthy sleep schedule. Unfortunately after 6 months my circadian rhythm is not even slightly adjusted to the night time work schedule, I just feel exhausted all the time and don’t get much sleep on work days. Its all messed up.

In this episode I got as much sunlight as I could and at least we got to visit some beautiful outdoors spots in Raleigh. I’m not sure what I am going to do about this situation but hey, I’ll figure something out.
