Warming up for my greatest sports event of volley ball.

Why every one should love and promote volley ball sports!

It is a mind reliever. It takes off stress of the mind because the mind is active all the time

It is easy to play. There is no over running in the field unlike soccer where players run alot

It is not limited to age, sex, gender and size unlike certain sports.

Basic Volleyball Rules

6 players on the floor at any one time - 3 in the front row and 3 in the back row
Maximum of 3 hits per side
The Points are made on every serve for wining team of rally (rally-point scoring).
